Inside 3 days: Full payment applied to cancellations, no shows, late arrivals or early check outs

| Age Requirement |
All guests must be 21 years of age or accompanied by
a parent/guardian.
For the nights of May 15 -18th and May 22 -25th all guests
must be 25 or over unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
All guests will be required to present valid photo ID
upon check in. |

Above rates are based on single or double occupancy in Traditional, Large Traditional, Deluxe Rooms, Lofts and 1 Bedroom Suites. Quad occupancy for 2 Bedroom Suites. 3 Bedroom Suites are based on a 6 person occupancy.
